We’ve simplified your Train Your Brain U membership. Now if you want to update your billing, you can do it by yourself without waiting for a reply from us. Just click on “my account” to get started. If you don’t see the option to update your billing, then that means you are billed through Paypal and so make sure to reach out to Paypal to update.
Be sure to read the FAQ’s below before contacting us, as your answer is likely listed.

ARE THERE REPLAYS FOR THE LIVE CALLS?
Yes! ALL TYBU calls and events are recorded and are posted to the appropriate page when they are available.
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD AUDIO FILES?
To DOWNLOAD audio (MP3) files to your computer, right-click (Mac users: “control” key and click) and a menu will appear giving you various choices. Select “Save Link”, “Save Target As”, “Download Linked File”, (whichever comes up in your browser). Navigate to and select the folder to which you want to save the file and click the “Save” button.
HOW OFTEN IS NEW CONTENT ADDED?
At least twice a month we add new content to Train Your Brain U.
If you have any special requests for content, just write to [email protected] with your requests. We receive a lot of email at this email address so you may not receive a personal response, but just know that every email and every request is read. We want to make Train Your Brain U the BEST program ever!
HOW DO I CHANGE/UPDATE MY BILLING INFORMATION?
It’s easy! To change your billing information (including updating your credit card, billing address, etc.), you can do it all yourself in your Account Page HERE. If for any reason you do not see your account information there, then it means you are billed through Paypal and so please reach out to them directly with questions.
HOW DO I CHANGE/UPDATE MY PASSWORD?
It’s easy! To change your password, just go to your Account Page HERE.
